those item, will be used to open the board or break the glass, i will guide with clearly explanation for you to get walkthrough.
let's begin
1. go to the left side of the room(penthouse), you will see 4 board as a wall decoration, remember its structure based on height, these structures is a clue to unlock the far left side of the brown cabinets, get detail on the picture below
click on cabinet, to unlock, stacking 4 rectangular board based on clue from decoration board, you will get one diamond and hammer
2. after that use hammer on the wood chair on the bottom of decoration board, it will show you Roman numerals ( IX, III, IV, VI) remember this clue numeral (to unlock sliding cabinet under the globe) for next, ok. don't forget to pick diamond from plant on the right of the chair(I marked with a blue circle in picture below)
3. now go to the right rack, there is a clue here, note the number of bottles and position on the rack, sums of the bottle is represent number 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 (this clue will be used to open the safe behind wall paintings/picture).
on this rack you can also collect some diamond (on the picture below, i mark the location of diamond on the rack with blue circle, and remote with blue rectangular)
4. go to wall painting/picture, you need to click the border : left, right, top, and bottom (it will change to be green color), you will see the safe, to unlock the safe, use clue that showing on the rack
on the safe, you will find (green key, 2 diamond, and gear).
5. after that, you need to go to showcase(break the glass of showcase using hammer), to collect batteries, gear and diamond. For detail position, check on the picture below
6. now change view to living room, and go to the dart target (collect diamond). next go to globe desk, collect allen wrench and diamond, also unlock sliding cabinet (using clue on wood chair, IX-III-IV-VI)

7. continue to sofa, to collect match and diamond (behind the pillow, you need to click the pillow)
to turn on television, you need a remote control, to get remote control back to rack, on bottom box (use batteries on your inventory, then click remote)
8. before you go to television, back to painting, click on clock, unlock the back of clock using allen wrench, collect diamond and blue key.
next, to collect yellow key, go to bonsai and candle plant desk, collect diamond on bonsai plant, light up the green candle with match to collect yellow key(use match from inventory).
next, go to television, before turn on TV using remote control. collect diamond near the TV, then look on the 4 color clue on television (this clue for key sort order to open another cabinet)
9. use television color clue sort order : red-green-blue-yellow (to unlock cabinet on the picture below)
continue to collect diamond on the sliding cabinet insight, there some sliding cabinet need code to unlock
the clue for right bottom sliding cabinet, is pattern showin by artistic rack on the left side of big cabinet, follow the pattern, to collect eyepieces and diamond
continue to use eyepieces on telescope, to get clue to open top sliding cabinet(detail on the picture below)
use this clue to open top left sliding cabinet (on big cabinet color key), then collect 3 dart arrow and diamond
use 3 dart arrow on dart target, and see the number that showing by dart arrow(click dart arrow on inventory then click three times on dart target)
click on the book on artistic rack(black pattern), to get clue for dart calculation.
base on number showing by dart arrow on dart target, and clue from book, so this the calculation
first dart on 4, this dart is on outer green area, so double it
4 x 2 = 8
second dart on 6, this dart is on white area, this mean single
6 x 1 = 6
third dart on 9, this dart is on inner green area, so tripple it
9 x 3 = 27
then multiply all
8 x 6 x 27 = 1296 (this is number use to unlock top sliding cabinet)
you can collect screwdriver and diamond
next, open the vent using screwdriver and collect the last gear and diamond
next, use those 4 gear to unlock the door, how to use it?
first put 1 gear, then press grey button 3 times, repeat this step to all gear, and it will like show on the picture below
you will realize that behind the door is not the way out, to get out of here you jump out of the window, for that you need a parachute, you can find a parachute under small sofa
use telescope with the tripod to break middle window glass(by click telescope then click window)
then use your parachute (by click parachute on inventory) then jump...
